How to fix the colour shift when playing back media on an Adrenaline or Xpress Pro running Windows XP (Nvidia 67.22) If you see the video display shift in brightness, contrast, hue, or saturation when you
pause and play video, you should adjust the graphics controls in the NVIDIA
settings.
To adjust the graphics controls:
- Exit all applications.
- Right-click the Desktop, and select Properties.
The Display Properties dialog box opens.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the 1 monitor.
- In the lower right hand corner, click the Advanced button.
- Click the applicable Quadro tab.
- On the left side of the display pane, click the Color Correction setting.
- In the "Apply Color Changes to" menu, make sure Desktop is selected.
- Click Restore Defaults.
- Go back to the “Apply Color Changes to” menu, and select Overlay/VMR
- Click Restore Defaults
- Set the brightness slider to 120%.
- Set the contrast slider to 110%.
- Click Apply, and then click OK to save the changes.
- Go back to step 4 repeat the process for the second monitor.
